Late 1970's:
Patrolmen Barrie Davenport and Patrick McCaffery
following a foot chase into the meadows off Route 49 near Freas Road. 
A burglary suspect was spotted leaving a business and was chased and captured by these 2 officers
in waste high water and mud.
