TAKE NOTICE that on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 11:00 am, Pennsville Community Senior Center, 69 Spruce Street, Pennsville, NJ the Township of Pennsville will offer for sale tracts of land no longer needed for municipal purposes. Those tracts are set forth below, along with the minimum bid. For non-conforming parcels, without any capital improvements thereon, continuous landowners will be given the right of first refusal. All sales shall be subject to conditions, which will be posted on the bulletin board at Town Hall and available through the Clerk’s Office upon request.
